Portuguese buns (“Papo Secos”) are crispy crusted on the outside and soft on the inside, these can be found all over Portugal. They can be used for sandwiches by simply adding piglet pieces, or other meats of choice, and are also delicious on their own.
Growing up, papo secos were something we all looked forward to having every day at the dinner table.
